Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days:

All orders are insured by the US Post Office and we ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery.

 

You will typically receive your package  7-10 business days from the day you place your order. We CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number. They should be able to assist in locating and delivering any missing packages. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and order your hair at least one week before your hair appointment.

International Shipping 10-14 Business Days:

We offer international shipping to most countries. 

 

We utilize FedEx for International shipping. A physical address is required. International shipping can take 10-14 business days before your package is delivered, due to the varied customs regulations determined by your country.

 

The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. A signature is required upon delivery. No exceptions.

Delivery time varies on the shipping option selected. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships.
